STORM indicators now with USB connectivity

STORM indicators now with USB connectivity
Cardinal Scale - The USA-made model 205 and 210 STORM have been some of the most popular weight indicators not only in Cardinal Scale Manufacturing’s extensive product line, but for the entire weighing industry, used with truck scales and weighing systems around the world. Both weight indicators have received major features upgrades to provide Cardinal customers with an even better value for the same cost. The 205 and 210 now offer four bi-directional serial ports, USB-B (standard), and USB-A (optional) for additional connectivity interfaces.

Additionally, the 210 STORM indicator now features 8-channel inputs/outputs, digital fill control, 25 IDs, alphanumeric keypad, and livestock weighing. A new Function key has replaced the Count/Sample key, which enables custom applications and greater operations flexibility. The alphanumeric keypad allows users to enter up to 25 IDs using a combination of letters and numbers just like how you would enter them on a cell phone. The indicator’s StableSENSE® digital filtering minimizes the effects of moving livestock on the scale, while the 210 can provide time, date, ID, consecutive number, gross weight, head count and average head weight for animal weight recording. The 210 supports single and dual-speed digital fill control operation and allows a variety of discharge gate configurations. The 210 includes up to 25 stored preset/accumulators and remote inputs for Zero, Tare, Gross, Units, Start, Stop, and Print.

The 205 and 210 are loaded with time-tested features that are trusted for weighing applications throughout the globe. Their stainless steel, wash-down enclosure and USA-made quality offer long-term durability and accuracy. Flexible print formats allow easy set up for labels or tickets. They are versatile enough for general purpose weighing such as with bench scales, floor scales, overhead track scales, tank and hopper scales, livestock scales, and truck scales. Options include SnapStream wireless connectivity, PLC interface, analog output, internal and external relay boxes, and custom applications which can be programmed by Cardinal software engineers.

The 205 and 210 weight indicators are NTEP, Measurement Canada, OIML, and Australian NSC certified for legal-for-trade applications and are ETL listed and CE certified.
