In this newly created position and under the responsibility of the Sales Director France, you participate actively in the implementation of a technical outside service. Your mission is to coordinate the maintenance, repair and calibration of medical scales as well as the installation and maintenance of all SECA medical systems. You are the main contact for customer service, organize the technical support and assist the development of the product ranges.

Technical background Bac +2, you have a successful experience of minimum 4 years in the management of field service technicians. With good HR sensitivity, you identify and develop the knowledge and skills of your team. You master the IT tools.

Autonomous, you are recognized (e) for your listening and communication skills. Your pugnacity and your adaptability are your strengths to achieve your goals. Fluent English is mandatory.
