Thayer Scale-Hyer Industries, Inc. (United States) - Thayer Scale's Model i340 Conveyor Belt Scale Integrator is a full-featured instrument specifically designed to work with Thayer Scale's single idler "Quarry King" or 2RF Belt Scales.

It is highly accurate and performs the same functions as more expensive instrumentation. The Model i340 has an intuitive user interface to allow for easy set-up, calibration and maintenance. The Model i340 integrator incorporates Virtual Weigh Span technology, a patented software package specifically designed for lower cost and lower accuracy single idler belt scales. 

Imperfections in conveyor belting and its supporting elements can adversely affect weighing accuracy of belt scales. Virtual Weigh Span can be programmed to reduce the impact of these imperfections by emulating belt scales with more idlers and longer weigh spans. As a result, Virtual Weigh Span provides better accuracy and more consistent calibrations.
