Another PhD Has Joined the Ranks of RADWAG’s R&D Department

RADWAG Balances and Scales (Poland) - Press Release: July 3, 2023 was a special day for our colleague and RADWAG employee, Michal Solecki, who defended – with distinction! – his PhD thesis in engineering. You can read the interview with Michal on our blog.

The topic of Michał Solecki’s doctoral dissertation was the mass comparator design with resolution 10 ng with modified electromagnetic force transducer. The thesis concerned a device manufactured by RADWAG, which the author constructed and tested: the NANO.AK-4.500.5Y automatic nano-mass comparator for mass standards comparison in the range from 50 ug to 500 mg with a resolution of 10 ng. This is the first comparator in the world with a resolution of 10 ng.

Michal Solecki has worked at RADWAG for twelve years. He began his career at RADWAG as a constructor, and for the past seven years has held the position of technical mass comparators manager.

We sincerely congratulate our colleague and wish him further success!
