Micro Weighing Solutions - MWS Ltd (United Kingdom) - Are you the Senior Engineer we need?

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to come into the MWS service business to help provide enhanced services in the region.

You will take a strong interest in the continued growth of the service department in Shropshire, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Staffordshire, Lancashire and West Yorkshire area.

An overnight allowance and bonus is provided in the event you are required to stay away from home.

This role will require you to travel across the region to visit customer sites. You will be providing routine service, traceable calibration, installations, and the repair of weighing equipment. You will also provide the training of highly motivated engineers who have a strong desire to learn new skills and abilities.

At all times you will be expected to provide best practice and ethical advice to customers, using your background in weighing.

Core duties include but are not limited to:

• Routine preventative maintenance and calibration visits across the UK
• Attend breakdowns, diagnose faults, and make onsite repairs under pressure
• Installation and Commissioning of Weighing Equipment and Software
• Mentor members of the service team with work activities and the development of their engineering skills

Experience/Qualifications:

We require a strong background as a service engineer within the weighing industry with experience of installations, process weighing and weighbridges.
