New CEO appointed at Schenck Process

Schenck Process GmbH (Germany) - Schenck Process, a global market leader in process, weighing, and applied measuring technologies, announces that the Chairman of its Advisory Board, Keith Cochrane, is being appointed as CEO effective 1 March 2019.

Mr. Cochrane will take over from Andreas Evertz, who informed the company that he wishes to pursue new career opportunities.

Mr. Evertz is leaving Schenck Process in a good position upon successful change in ownership and the more recent acquisitions of Raymond Bartlett Snow and Process Components Ltd and the achievement of a record performance in 2018.

The Advisory Board would like to thank Andreas for his significant contribution to the success of Schenck Process since joining the group in 2014, and would like to wish him all the best for his future endeavors.

Mr. Cochrane has served as the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Schenck Process since December 2017. Before that, he was the CEO of The Weir Group plc between 2009 and 2016. Mr. Cochrane’s intimacy with the company and its goals and strategy as well as Mr. Evertz’ commitment to assisting with a hand-over of responsibilities, will ensure the further successful development of Schenck Process.
