Information system of the AS X7 balances is based on 7 databases that enable operation of many users with numerous products, all the stored data can be subjected to analysis. Weighing data is recorded in 7 databases:
- Operators (max 100 entries),
- Products (max 5 000 entries),
- Weighings (max 50 000 entries),
- Packaging (max 100 entries)
- Formulations (max 100 entries),
- Customers (max 1000 entries),
- ALIBI memory (max 512 000 weighings).
Additionally it is possible to create formulation reports (max 500 reports).
Communication Interfaces
The functionality of AS X7 balances can be expanded using the following communication interfaces: USB-A, USB-B, RS 232, DB9 tara/print, Ethernet, Wi-Fi®. The additional USB port located on the front of the balance enables easy and fast communication with the USB flash drive, it is possible to connect additional devices via this port too.
AS X7 balances are equipped with Kensington Lock, which allows to secure the device against theft.

DIBAL Retail PC Scale with product recognition by AI
A self-service PC scale that uses a camera and an artificial vision system to assist in the recognition of the product placed on the plate, improving the customer experience in the supermarket.
Artificial vision applied to scales allows, on the one hand, to offer a better customer experience, but, above all, it has proven to be a significant advance in the reduction of unknown losses of fruit and vegetables.
When a product is placed on the scale plate, the system suggests one or more candidates depending on the certainty of detection, whit a maximum of 8 candidates displayed. If none of the suggested candidates corresponds to the correct item, the user must press the "other item" button to access the conventional self-service mode screen; and if no relevant product is detected, the conventional self-service screen is displayed.
The detection is carried out on the scale itself using artificial intelligence, without the need for internet connection; however, an internet connection is required for the training and learning stages of the system, which are carried out in the cloud.
RADWAG C315.K.250.C-1 Chair Scale
When human health and life are involved, is there anything more important than safety and comfort?
The C315.K.250.C-1 Chair Scale is used to weigh a patient with a body mass of up to 250 kg. The patient is weighed in a comfortable sitting position with a readability of 100 g. The chair scale is equipped with wheels for quick and easy transfer from point A to point B. Wheel lock and mobile leg rests ensure the patient safety and comfort.
The C315.K.250.C-1 Chair Scale includes a PUE C315 terminal with a backlit LCD display, which guarantees readability of the result from multiple angles and is energy efficient. Thanks to an internal rechargeable battery, the scale can operate without access to mains power for up to 8 hours, so a power failure will not paralyze a hospital or other medical facility.
The C315.K.250.C-1 Chair Scale has an ALIBI Memory which resembles a black box – it records all measurements taken on the scale. The ALIBI Memory cannot be modified or erased, so it is a guarantee of safe measurements.
RADWAG HY10.HRP High Resolution Scale
HY10.HRP High Resolution Scales are very robust. Their platforms are distinguished by a high degree of protection – IP 67. They have additional sealing elements that protect them from dust and moisture. As a result, HRP scales can be cleaned with a pressure washer.

Four-channel weighing indicator General Measure GMT-X4
GMT-X4 is a DIN rail-mounted weighing transmitter with four-channel. When one of the four channels' load cells is damaged, GMT-X4 will automatically identify and give an alarm message on the screen. It has a compact design, stable performance, and easy operation, which can be used for various weighing applications, such as weight checking, loss-in-weight, liquid filling, batching, vessel and silo weighing, etc.
There are two modes: one is with four individual AD working separately; the other one is a four-channel combination mode, that is, a weighing indicator with an intelligent junction box built in can easily monitor the defaulted load cell. The main display of the combination mode shows the total weight up to 6 digits. It also has four-channel weights display and the simultaneous millivolt display.

A high-speed dual packing filler AF-01K II for packing the granular materials from 50g to 1kg. The speed can reach 3600pcs/h and the accuracy is ±2g. It's suitable for various kinds of granules like rice, beans, coffee beans, millet, salt, sugar, and so on. The great performance makes it ideal for the replacement of multi-head combination packing machines and volumetric method packing machines, which improves production efficiency and quality and reduces costs.
Step motor plus vibrator feeding-type and pneumatic discharging-type guarantee the stable while speedy packing. The smart algorithm supports a self-adjust function with a target value set only. Then the machine will automatically optimize the packing weight approaching the target by adjusting fast feeding, vibrator feeding, or other mechanical parts, which is quite easy to operate.
