General Measure Touch Screen Weighing Controller GM9907
The new upgrading GM9907 is a general-purpose weighing controller series for weighing automation in packaging, filling, batching, bulk scale, etc. GM9907 has a 7-inch touch screen with a module design interface. There are different types of home screens for different applications, for example, quick batch set for checking and adjusting batch frequently or quick formula set for the application of changing formula frequently. All parameters are matched and displayed according to the scale. The AD sampling rate is selectable among 120/240/480/960 times/sec. Dual-port Modbus TCP communication for automation integration. Build-in data storage card up to millions of records that can be exported by USB port.
User-friendly is our pursued goal. The function of multi-users switching login can monitor and manage the operator in the production line properly. Super admin authentication will protect the superior operation. There are also pop-up reminders for misoperation, which can reduce mistakes. EasyFill is a particularly cost-efficient software application that does not require complex programming in a PLC. The application is a simple solution for batching liquids, powders and granules. In this process, the electronic weighing system also controls the necessary batching signals (coarse, fine) via integrated digital inputs and outputs. The software has been pre-installed in the weight transmitters PR 5220 and PR 5230 and the weight indicator X3 and offers precise batching results through user-specific and configurable set-point, tolerance and overshoot values.
