The FORCE™ 1 truck axle weighbridge scale was specifically designed to reduce and utilise commercial yard space whilst specifically addressing the need for high accuracy weighing within the transport / truck industry. It is a compact and slimline scale, requiring minimal space which can quickly and accurately weigh loads in motion.
At Trakblaze Pty Ltd, we understand that time is critical in the transport industry. Therefore, we have designed the FORCE™1 truck weighbridge scale to allow fleet vehicles to both quickly and accurately assess their axle loads and groupings to determine weight distribution to meet Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Mass Management requirements associated with overloading.
Compared to traditional truck weigh bridges that require a large area of real estate, the FORCE™1 truck axle scales dimensions are only 3.1mtrs (w) x 1.1 mtrs (l) x 0.25mtrs (h). And, though compact in size the FORCE™1 is capable of accurately measuring each and every axle load, either statically or in motion at up to and unbeatable 12kph (7.5mph) with the total vehicle weight then calculated and displayed on the PC controller and optional L.E.D display.
In addition, the FORCE™1 truck axle weighbridge can be integrated into existing infrastructures with the option of being fully automated with RFID tags, traffic lights and or a ticketing / receipt system for enforcement compliance.
Safety is now paramount for transport companies and even more so their drivers; with internal corrective measures being implemented to ensure commercial vehicles and trucks are being loaded within axle and gross vehicle tolerances. In addition, enforcement agencies are now routinely stopping and checking more transport vehicles than they have ever done so before to ensure that transport vehicles are complying.

Utilcell Digital Load Cells Self-Restoring Rocker Pin Model 730 & 740 at 200Hz
Utilcell (Spain) - The digital load cell Models 730D and 740D are the best sensor to be included in your weighing system for trucks scales and weighbridges. We upgraded their performances at both, hardware and firmware levels for:
- Increasing the measuring speed of the analogue to digital converter ADC to 200 readings/sec (200Hz).
- Implementing a new set of selectable digital filter options for optimizing its behaviour at many different applications, both dynamic or static.
- Increasing the transmission speed of the communication output data up to 115200 Bauds, for having a higher speed reading when many digital load cells are in the same scale.
Using the latest technology on the ADC and microprocessors, together with an advanced digital filter technology, these digital load cells are at the highest level of performances of the rocker pin load cells for truck scales and weighbridges.
Balanças Marques Weighbridge PCM M1500
The PCM M1500 is a modular construction weighbridge designed to weigh up to 80 tons, capable of withstanding the highest efforts resulting of carrying out the more demanding weight, with improved resistance to fatigue. The PCM M1500 is built with metallic or mixed (metal and concrete) modules standardized width of 1.5 meters, enabling platforms set up to 18 meters long and 3 meters wide, with two modules arranged side by side, occupying the entire width of the scale, which eliminates the use of directional louvers, thus allowing a perfectly safe circulation of vehicles.
The PCM M1500 has a very reduced assembly time due to the great ease of module fitting and the minimum amount of necessary hardware. Because of its features and quality, the new weighbridge for weighing trucks Marques is synonymous of total guarantee of performance, accuracy, effectiveness, efficiency and durability. Installing a PCM M1500 takes less than a day. It has been developed so that it can be mounted easily with the use of few human and technical resources, through a fully modular factory prepared. Giropès BPPSE EVO Weighbridge
The scales of the series BPPSE EVO are mixed scales (concrete and metal) with a modular building, to be used in the weighing of vehicles allowed to circulate on road.
To adapt as fully as possible to the needs of our customers, our BPPSE EVO scales offer a modular construction, with a strong structure and reducing the bending of the scale thanks to the metal formwork. This system has been designed and developed by Giropes and it is the outcome of a continuous improvement both in our manufacturing process and in the installation of the scale.
BPPSE EVO weighbridge offers two solutions:
- Factory concreted version. This version is supplied with the concrete already poured from the factory saving costs of assembly and drying of the scale, being able to start weighing the same day of assembly of the scale. In the version of our factory concreted scale it is possible to supply the scale verified at the factory.
- Version with metallic formwork. This version is supplied with metallic formwork welded to the platform for the pouring of the concrete. The headers of the scale are supplied with installed analog load or digital cells if the scale is delivered with simple cubing or large cubing. The wire goes straight from the digital cell to the connection box. If it is supplied with anchor plates, the bridge will be delivered completely disassembled.
To best adapt to the needs of use at the customer, the rolling surface is completely flat and it’s possible to install on-ground or pit assembly.
Zemic HM14H1 Most robust Compression loadcell kit for weighbridges
Zemic Europe now offers a complete loadcell kit, one of the most robust, accurate and cost effective solutions for weighbridges. Zemic designed a special column without the need of using fragile semi-conductors. The semi-conductor is the first component that will break after a shock load or electrical overload.

Minebea Intec Truck Scale ProDeck
The load cells used in the truck scales ProDeck are specifically designed for weighbridges and their cables are fully electrically and mechanically protected. The modular design of the weighbridges allows us to meet the different needs of our customers. They can be installed either in a pit or above ground, depending on the layout of the premises and the needs of the users.
Barbal WTS World Truck Scale
This new truck scale is conceived to offer high resistance with an extremely reduced height, comparing to other options available in the market, thus transferring a saving to the customer by allowing them to save in the civil works necessary.
