UTILCELL Software SWIFT-PC
UTILCELL (Spain) - The SWIFT-PC SOFTWARE is specially designed to configurate and calibrate remotely the UTILCELL SWIFT Weighing Indicator and High-speed Transmitter. In addition to the complete calibration via RS-232, it is now possible to remotely configure several indicators connected to the RS-485 bus from a single central computer, without physically moving to each SWIFT transmitter, significantly reducing the time and costs of commissioning.
Saving the configuration files and the calibrations by masses enables and simplifies the commissioning of new configuration SWIFT devices. So, the SWIFT-PC software is the best solution for all the Machine builders who can easily replicate the entire configuration of all the SWIFTs installed to reduce lead times. Also, it’s very useful for the Scale Manufacturers who can easily replace the SWIFT devices using the configuration and calibration of the replaced device.

Minebea Intec Software SPC@Enterprise
The software SPC@Enterprise combines classic filling quantity control with dynamic process control for a wide range of different systems, thereby efficiently supporting quality management of production processes. A centralised data management prevents redundancies: Master data are created centrally in SPC@Enterprise and are therefore available on all devices. An automatic transmission of the measured data to the database esures that all data are immediately available centrally for evaluation and output in production and calibration statistics. With SPC@Enterprise unlimited installations are possible, e.g. on user PCs in quality assurance, shift management or engineering. The application can also be used as a versatile control unit on Windows® Tablets.
Balanças Marques ETPOS 5

ETPOS 5 is certified by NMI Certin B.V. with No. TC8610, as part of a scale, in accordance with the requirements of EN 45501 and OIML R76-1, which ensures compliance with the essential requirements of Directive 2009/23/EC the non-automatic weighing instruments.
Giropes GISCALE Management and control of production lines
The RFID system implemented in Giropes products allows for two different working systems, one with an autonomous operator and the other with a production manager.
In the first system it is be the operator who needs to identify the product or themselves (the data is downloaded to the indicator), while in the second system it is the line manager who identifies the product or the operator (they can work without downloading the data to the indicator).
The RFID system for the Giropes GI4xx series indicators also allows a block system option on the unidentified indicator via an RFID card.
The last product launched to the market was the GI400i PROD RFID, which consists of an indicated GI400i with IP65 protection and a stainless steel housing coupled with an external RFID reader that holds the RFID card to identify the product or operator.
The external RFID reader is designed in ABS housing with IP67 protection. The system is able to internally store records of up to 1,000 weighings and, together with the GISCALE software, it allows for better control of the weighing system and makes it easier to use.
On the other hand, the GI410i RFID is a numerical indicator with an integrated RFID reader specially designed for managing and controlling the weighing records by product or operator.
To complement a weighing system in a production line, Giropes has designed and continually improves the management software GISCALE, which is available in two versions, ONE and PRO, with different features according to the needs of the system.
The GISCALE software is a production line control and management software that, thanks to a fast and intuitive interface, allows the user to easily operate the program and manage their production lines.
232key Pro virtual keyboard wedge
232key enters the weight received from a scale into any application as simulated keystrokes. This allows scales to be easily integrated into processes where data is currently typed in by hand (without the need to modify the target application). The Pro version enables you to apply logic and to process the data in any way you want using custom C# scripts.
Examples:
- Ignore all weight values below a certain threshold.
- Capture the alibi ID and weight and type these values into separate fields.
- Press a custom key sequence before or after entering the weight (including key combinations).
- Decode non-ASCII formats.
For scales which support request-reply protocols, a hotkey (key combination) can be used to send a command to the scale. Predefined device profiles for many popular scales and balances make it easy to get started.
232key Pro supports connections made through COM ports (e.g. RS-232, USB virtual com port, Bluetooth SPP) and TCP/IP (for use with serial device servers or scales equipped with an Ethernet interface acting as a TCP server).
