Ravas (Netherlands) - As a Technical Drawer, you are all round responsible for drawing up drawings and product specifications, making sure this data is also available for the operations team. In this process you can test and consult with R & D, Quality, Production, Purchase and suppliers if a specification is realisable. Product specifications are drawn up for existing, new, but also customer-specific products. In addition to a quite standard product package, RAVAS provides countless customer-specific solutions. In your function you will also ensure the creation of the 'Bill Of Material' and, if applicable, you will ensure that the necessary materials are ordered on time in consultation with purchasing, so that the agreed delivery date is realized. In short, an all-round function where you can make a difference immediately. You report to the Production Engineering Manager.

As a Technical Drawer, these are your main tasks:

• Performing drawing work from A to Z. From drawing up a design, work drawings, size and cross sections to detail drawings in 2 D and 3 D programs
• Making revision drawings
• Capturing product specifications
• Providing user manual
• Registering technical files (drawings and revision files) in an information system
• Taking care of the correct and timely work preparation, especially regarding materials
• Tuneing the design with the customer and your colleagues
• In addition, you follow the installations you designed in the workshop, and offer (technical) help, where necessary.

Profile:

• A completed HBO training towards mechanical engineering or MBO 4 with supplemented relevant work experience and / or certificates obtained
• Work experience in the Metal / Electro is an advantage, but there are possibilities for starters as well
• Knowledge and experience with working in an ERP system, exactly gives you a head start
• You have affinity with technique and 2 D or 3 D drawing packages, preferably SolidWorks
• You have good control of the Dutch and English language in word and scroll
