We are WIScale, a full-service weighing solution company. We take pride in providing superior customer service support while using cutting edge technological solutions to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking additional office support who will trailblaze our order processing. In this role, you will be the first person people interact with when visiting and calling WIScale.

What you bring to the table:

• Most of all, an empathetic and positive personality to support others
• Proven experience in office administration
• An expert in Microsoft Office – especially Outlook and Excel (MEM or Dynamics GP is a plus!)
• An understanding of purchasing or business sales
• A solutions-focused mindset that can easily adept to everchanging tasks
• You’re self-motivated and can see through a project from start to finish
• You enjoy working under laid back, hands-off management
• What the typical day will look like:
• Be a smiling face and listening ear to customers and team members throughout the day.
• Enter orders and coordinate delivery times with vendors and customers
• Troubleshoot errors and set processes to avoid future issues
• Manage vendor relationships and set processes on how each vendor’s order processing works.
