In 2020, Giropes has put more than ever into R&D investment, with the development of new weight indicators that allow us to offer solutions to various sectors.

Thanks to this, we have been able to launch the new GI620 portable indicator, designed for weighing wheels and axles both statically and dynamically.

With the GI620 indicator, you can choose between two different firmwares, one designed for static wheel weighing and the other designed for both static and dynamic axle weighing.

This versatility of use makes the new GI620 portable indicator an ideal product for vehicle weight control, for the safety of the vehicles and the road itself.

Furthermore, the new indicator designed by Giropes is ideally complemented by the BPR and PM series wheel weighing platforms, designed to allow weighing stations to be mounted wherever needed.

The new portable wheel weighing platforms allow for different types of installation and adapt to all types of needs. Using them for weighing operations in the required location allows, among many other things, weight control and/or calculation of the barycentre of aircraft and vehicles during their design or prior to commercial use. They are also ideal for the process of weighing vehicles on the road carried out by the transit authorities.

To complete the installation, the management of the operation can be done via different softwares according to the needs of the installation. With the PC program Gestruck, the incoming and outgoing material traffic can be processed quickly and efficiently; the same applies to the management of mobile weighing for traffic violations with Gesdyn. In addition, the free Gimanager program is perfect for setting up and displaying the indicator from your computer, quickly and intuitively.
