Dinamica Generale S.p.A. (Italy) - Dinamica Generale S.p.A.(Italy) has signed an agreement with Tecomec S.r.l., a company based in Reggio Emilia (Italy) and member of Emak Group, a leading industrial group listed on the stock exchange. The main goal of this agreement is the creation of a joint venture to develop electronic control systems dedicated to Agriculture.

Geoline, agriculture products division of Tecomec S.r.l., is focused on the design, production and sales of accessories and components for orchard and crop sprayers. The agreement represents the evolution of a supply relationship between the two companies in progress since more than one year, with significant growth perspectives and long term strategy. Tecomec will increase its product range offering control systems now developed and realized internally thanks to the joint venture with Dinamica Generale.

Dinamica Generale on the other hand, will benefit of these growth perspectives, adding value to its technological know-how, extending its production activities in a market segment very close to its Core Business. This Joint Venture will strengthen the position of both companies as leading players worldwide.
