To solve this problem, Thames Side announces the New Model T38 High Temperature Double Shear Beam Load Cell for use up to 150 degrees Centigrade. It has been designed for fuss-free, robust and reliable weighing of ladle turrets, ladle ferry scales, scrap buckets, roller tables, tundish cars and silo/hopper systems.

The connector of the temperature resistant PTFE cable is removable, allowing for maximum flexibility of installation or replacement operations.

This double shear beam load cell has an impressively low combined error and non-repeatability of < +/- 0.05% and carries a 2 year warranty.

Maintenance requirements are kept to a minimum with an optimised design that bolts directly to the structure being weighed, with no moving parts and no need for an associated weighing module. Long-term stability is assured.
